Includes: Brush and vacuum heat exchanger, flue pipe and combustion chamber.  Clean and adjust nozzle assembly.  Clean or replace fuel strainer. Remove dust, lint from burner housing, air inlet and burner fan.  Test safety control, lubricate motors, adjust burner for proper combustion and efficiency testing.  Parts not included.

Power Venting Annual Maintenance

Side wall power venting systems have special needs that naturally drafted (chimney) units don't have.  This inspection and maintenance procedure includes motor lubrication, draft proving switch checkup, draft adjustment, disassembly and cleaning of proving tube. Timer cycle adjustment as necessary.
